My name is Elena Ustabaeva-Baars, and my journey into the world of nutrition began with my own experience battling chronic health issues.
For many years, I suffered from constipation, chronic colitis, eczema on my hands, allergies, rheumatism, fatigue, and frequent colds. It felt like this would always be my reality — until one day, I stumbled upon a book that described how fasting and a vegetarian diet could help heal the body. That was the turning point — the moment I realized that I had a chance to change my life and reclaim my health.
My first step was reading Andreas Moritz’s book, The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse, which inspired me to start experimenting with fasting. I began with a 3-day water fast, followed by a day of dry fasting. Soon after, I tried a more intense cleanse — 7 days without food and water. That experience changed everything for me. I got rid of rheumatism, and after a few years of vegetarianism, I felt a tremendous improvement in my overall well-being. My journey of cleansing and mindful nutrition continued.
After 15 years of personal experiments with diets and detox methods, in 2022, I decided to deepen my knowledge and enrolled in a certified nutrition academy. I successfully completed the program to help others overcome their struggles with diet, weight, and overall health.
Today, a year after graduation, I’ve developed two signature wellness programs based on both knowledge and personal experience. They’ve already helped many women restore their health and lose excess weight. And this is only the beginning — I’m currently working on new products focused on deep cleansing and well-being.
